Why Custom FLOORING Matters
Worn flooring isn't just an eyesore. It's a problem.
Carpet that traps moisture, slippery fiberglass, soft spots under foot, flooring that's past its useful life makes every hour on the boat worse and accelerates wear on the surfaces underneath. Getting it right isn't just cosmetic.
Every flooring job at Upper Falls Boat Works starts with an honest look at what your boat needs. We template your exact deck layout, help you pick the right material for how you use the boat, and install it so the fit is clean and the edges don't lift. No gaps. No bunching. No raw edges left to fray.
Straightforward from first call to final fit.
How It Works
Consultation & Material Selection
We look at your existing flooring, talk through how you use the boat, and help you pick the right material, marine carpet, woven vinyl, EVA foam, or synthetic teak. Each has its place depending on use, traffic, and conditions.
Templating & Surface Prep
We create precise templates of your deck layout. Existing material comes out, sub-surfaces are inspected and prepped, and we make sure the base is right before anything goes down.
Installation & Finishing
Flooring is installed with marine-rated adhesives and finished with clean edge binding and tight seams. The fit is right when it leaves the shop, same standard we hold on every job.

Full Removal & Disposal
Old flooring comes out before new flooring goes in. We handle removal and disposal so you don't have to.

Synthetic Teak Systems
The look of teak without the upkeep. Properly fitted synthetic teak holds its appearance and resists the warping, splitting, and maintenance demands of the real thing.
3
EVA Foam Decking
Custom-cut and templated to your cockpit or deck. Comfortable underfoot, non-slip, and significantly easier on bare feet than fiberglass or bare deck.

TESTIMONIALS
What Our Customers Say
Steve D.
"They templated the entire cockpit deck on our 26' Formula and replaced the carpet. Clean edges, tight fit, no raw seams anywhere. It's held up through a full season without lifting."
"We upgraded to synthetic teak. They cut it to the exact layout, around hatches, cleats, everything. Looks great and has held up for two seasons so far."
"The old carpet had trapped moisture for years. They pulled it and made sure the base was solid before anything went down. That attention to the prep work is what you're actually paying for."
